The first and foremost important quality required for achieving success is Belief. Believe first in yourself. Believe, really believe that you can move mountains and you can. Belief is the only quality that made the conquering of space possible for humans. It can do wonders for those who believe. Look around and learn how successful people approach problems and make decisions. Observe their attitude. Irrespective of the situation they are in, they will be always confident and at ease.
The how to do always comes from people who believes he can do it. Belief, strong belief, triggers the mind to figuring ways and means and how to. Believing you can succeed makes other peoples place confidence in you. Belief in great resilts is the driving force and one basic, absolutely essential ingredient in successful people.
But if you doubt, failure is certain. Try to destroy the doubt right from the begining. Always use your mind factory in thinking victory and success. Never doubt about your venture. Observe successful person. Everything he does, the way he handles himself, his charecter, his thoughts, his viewpoints all say that.
Your mind is your obedient servent. It can show you want you want. If you think about defeat, it will show you all the reasons why you can't, why you wont. On the other hand if you think about success, it will show you why you can, how you can. Never think about defeat. Always think about success. Always believe in yourself. Believe you can succeed.
At work, in home, substitute success thinking for failure thinking. Substitute happy thoughts for depressed ones, substitute positive thinking for failure ones. Always have a positive attitude towards yourself. Remind yourself regularly that you are better thatn you think you are.
Believe big. The amount of success is determined by the size of your belief. Big plans and big ideas are often easier - certainly no different than small ideas and small plans.
